NGO Future Growth Plan (2026–2031)

Scaling impact to build a bright educational future for rural children in Rajasthan.

Our Mission

To scale our educational support from 1,500 children to over 50,000 children annually over the next 5 years (2026–2031).

Roadmap

Phased Implementation Plan

A systematic, phase-wise blueprint designed to expand our operational footprint and scale child education impact.

Phase 1: Foundation Strengthening (Year 1)

Target: 1,500 to 5,000 Children

Key Initiatives:

  • Build a robust NGO management and operational structure.
  • Scale fundraising efforts from CSR partners and individual donors.
  • Form partnerships with 20–30 local government and private schools.
  • Recruit, train, and build a strong volunteer network.
  • Develop a digital data management system to track student progress.
Budget Focus: Educational materials, staff recruitment, monitoring systems, and digital records.
Success Indicators: 5,000 children supported, 100+ active volunteers, 10 CSR partners.
Phase 2: District Expansion (Year 2–3)

Target: 5,000 to 15,000 Children

Key Initiatives:

  • Expand operations across 5–10 new districts in Rajasthan.
  • Establish dedicated local Learning Centers (Pathshalas).
  • Deploy a Mobile Education Van to reach remote rural hamlets.
  • Conduct door-to-door child mapping to identify and re-enroll school dropouts.
Core Programs: School Enrollment Drive, Scholarship Support, Digital Learning Program, Girls' Education Program.
Success Indicators: 15,000 children supported, 50 Learning Centers, 500+ Volunteers.
Phase 3: State-Level Expansion (Year 4)

Target: 15,000 to 30,000 Children

Key Initiatives:

  • Scale outreach programs across the entire state of Rajasthan.
  • Sign Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with government departments.
  • Launch a customized online education platform for rural students.
  • Organize teacher training and capacity-building programs.
Funding Sources: Corporate CSR, Philanthropic Foundations, Crowdfunding, and Government Grants.
Success Indicators: 30,000 children supported, 100+ Learning Centers, 50 Corporate Partners.
Phase 4: Large Scale Impact (Year 5 - 2031)

Target: 40,000 to 50,000 Children Annually

Key Initiatives:

  • Replicate the model in multiple neighboring states.
  • Launch a dedicated Digital Education Mobile Application.
  • Establish the "Community Education Champions" program.
  • Implement skill development and career guidance courses for older youth.
Impact Focus: School enrollment, quality of education, digital literacy, girls' education, and dropout prevention.
Success Indicators: 50,000 children supported, 200+ Learning Centers, 2,000+ Volunteers, 100+ CSR/Donor Partners.

Publishing an official annual Impact Assessment Report detailing audited metrics and child growth statistics for donors.
